JAKARTA AUCTION
SALE OF - 21ST JANUARY 2015 (SALE NO.03)

 

This week a total quantity of 15,240 packages was up. There was fair demand folowing quality.

JAVA ORTHODOX TEA - BOP/BOPF/BT better/best lots maintained last week levels whilst good medium lots were withdrawn. PF/Dust better/best lines were increased by 3-6 cts but good medium lines decreased by 2-5 cts when sold. Secondary types were sold firm to 3 cts easier.

JAVA CTC TEA - BP1/PF1 withdrawn due to low bids. PD/Dust enjoyed buyers support, strengthened by 4-6 cts above last week sale. Fann/D2 were sold firm to 5 cts easier below last week levels.

SUMATRA ORTHODOX TEA - BOP/BOPF/PF/Dust/PF2 better/best lots weakened by 6-11 cts whilst good medium lots were withdrawn. Balance of secondary types were sold firm to 2 cts dearer.
