This week sale, a total quantity was improved to 12,420 packages. There was fair demand, though at irregular rate following quality.

JAVA ORTHODOX TEA - BOP/PF/Dust decreased by 2-4 cts below last week sale. BOPF/BT withdrawn due to lost buyers interest. Secondary grades were sold firm to 2 cts easier.

JAVA CTC TEA - BP1/PF1/Fann/D2 declined by 3-4 cts below last week. PD/Dust were sold firm to 2 cts easier.

SUMATRA ORTHODOX TEA - BOP/Dust/BT/BP were sold firm to 2 cts dearer. BOPF/PF gained by 5-6 cts above last week levels. PF.II enjoyed buyers support, strengthened by 9-17 cts when sold. Balance secondary grades were advanced by 6-8 cts above last week sale.
