JAKARTA AUCTION
SALE OF - 17TH JUNE 2015 (SALE NO.24)

 

This week sale, a total quantity was improved to 9,480 packages. There was strong buyers' interest following the quality.

JAVA ORTHODOX TEA - BOP appreciated by 4-6 cts above last week sale. BOPF enjoyed buyers support, strengthened by 16-25 cts when sold. PF was increased by 9-11 cts. Dust/PFII were sold firm to 2 cts dearer. BT was gained by 12-16 cts above last week. Balance secondary grades were advanced by 7-9 cts above last sale.

JAVA CTC TEA - BP1 gained by 20-30 when sold. PF1/PD appreciated by 9-15 cts above last week levels. Dust/D2 were sold firm to 3 cts dearer. Fann was increased by 3-4 cts when sold.

SUMATRA ORTHODOX TEA - BOP/BOPF/PF better/best lots appreciated by 4-10 cts whilst good medium lots depreciated by 1-2 cts. Dust/BT gained by 5-7 cts above last week. Secondary grades were strengthened by 3-5 cts above last sale.
