There was strong but selective demand at firm to dearer rates closely following quality for the 4,460 packages on offer. BP.1 were barely maintained. PF.1 met good but selective competition at firm to dearer rates. PD met strong but selective demand, better lines were substantially dearer but lesser sorts neglected. D1 - Few black leaf invoices tended firm on last, balance were not supported on account of low quality. PF.1SC - Few available were firm to dearer by 5 USC sometimes more.
