CTC DUST DEMAND :Good (sold 82%) MARKET :The teas which came under the selection of major and regional blenders barely steady to firm and sometimes dearer. The rest irregular and lower by Rs.2/- to 3/- and sometimes more. Lot of withdrawals noticed in the plainer categories. BUYING PATTERN :Avt, Tata Global Kerala state civil supplies and Hindustan Unilever lent useful support. Kerala loose tea traders and upcountry buyers fair. Exporters confined to medium and plainer varieties. ORTHODOX DUST DEMAND :Less MARKET :Lower and witnessed lot of withdrawals.
