CTC DUST DEMAND :Better (93%) MARKET :High priced teas witnessed some resistance and declined when the sale opened, but as the sale progressed became steady to firm and sometimes appreciated in value. Medium and plainer varieties firm to dearer by Rs.3/- to 5/- and sometimes more. BUYING PATTERN :Avt, Kerala state civil supplies active on good liquoring teas along with Kerala loose tea traders. Hindustan Unilever lent useful support. Tata Global subdued. Upcountry buyers active. Exporters procured only a small quantity compared to last week. ORTHODOX DUST DEMAND :Good MARKET :Primary steady. Others firm to dearer. BUYING PATTERN :Exporters and upcountry buyers absorbed a small quantity of orthodox dust sold.
