There was fair demand at firm to easier rates following quality for the 8040 packages on offer. BP.1 - Few available were firm on last with some taken out on account of lower quality. PF1 were generally firm on last. PD were taken out under bids on account of low quality. PF were firm to dearer. D1 - Few available sold at 5 to 10 USC down on last.
