SALE OF - 24TH MARCH 2015 (SALE NO.12)

 

There was good general demand at firm to dearer rates that continued to follow quality for the 7,940 packages on offer.

BP.1 - Few available were barely steady.

PF1 - Well made invoices were firm to 8 USC dearer sometimes more. Balance were sold at last levels except for brown leaf types and lighter liquorings that were neglected.

PD - Few available were about firm on last but lesser sorts were not supported.

D1 - Black leaf types were upto 10 USC dearer on last, brown leaf types remained unsold.

PF1 SC were barley steady with a number of invoices taken out on account of low quality.

Few Secondary teas were generally firm on last with the poorer lines neglected.
