SALE OF - 26TH MAY 2015 (SALE NO.21)

 

Strong demand continued at generally firm to dearer rates following quality for the 9,740 packages on offer.

BP.1 - Better invoices were firm to 4 USC dearer, Lesser sorts were neglected.

PF1 - Bright coloury invoices were 3 USC to 15 USC up on last, balance were generally firm.

PF were barely steady.

PD met strong competition at dearer rates with bright coloury invoices moving up by 30 USC, others were firm to tending dearer.

D1 were irregular with brown leaf types remaining unsupported.

PF1 SC - Few available were dearer by 20 to 30 USC on last.

Secondary grades were firm on last.
